Charming little hotel with character! The unique decor and cozy atmosphere created a romantic vibe. My room in the Classic Double Room category had a lovely view, and the large windows made the space feel airy. Clean linens and neat facilities were a nice touch. Enjoyed the location, just a short walk to St Mark’s Square and many dining options. However, finding the entrance was tricky. there's no big sign, and I got confused navigating the streets. Also, the mattress felt quite firm, which might not suit everyone. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent during my stay, making it frustrating at times. Breakfast was basic—just bread and coffee—so don’t expect a big spread. Overall, good value for the price, but a bit of improvement in the breakfast and Wi-Fi would make it even better.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The location was ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore places like St Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the charming vibe of the historic building. It's great value for money and very clean.
One downside was that breakfast options were limited to typical Italian fare like bread and coffee, so don’t expect a big spread.

Felt like royalty in a darling palace! The spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space was a winner, and the location was just perfect—close to attractions and away from the crowds.
The shower really wanted to be a gym workout. holding that shower head was a bit comical. And, oh dear, the mattress was firmer than my aunt's opinion on fashion!

would stay here again and again.
The room had awesome amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a nice private bathroom with a bidet. It even had a safety deposit box and soundproofing for peace at night. The location was perfect, nestled near a canal yet not too far from the main attractions. Really enjoyed having spectacular views too.

Charming old building with a unique vibe, perfectly located near a canal and a bustling square. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making late arrivals feel hassle-free. The room size was ample, offering enough space for belongings, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, breakfast choices were quite limited, primarily featuring traditional Italian fare. Though the shower pressure could be improved, the overall value remains solid for its central location and quaint character.

charming hotel with lovely views
The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, featuring large windows overlooking a serene canal. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a true Venetian escape. Being able to step outside and find myself right at the canal for gondola rides was a delightful surprise, elevating the experience significantly. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to stunning landmarks and a lovely view of the nearby cityscape.
However, breakfast options could be more varied, focused mainly on limited traditional offerings.

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The location offered a peaceful escape yet was close to a big square and numerous sightseeing spots. We appreciated the large room and its amenities, especially the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. It felt cozy being in a comfortable place after long days of exploring. One afternoon, we grabbed drinks at a nearby bar and enjoyed the canal views, which made our evening special.
The shower head could use some improving. holding it while showering wasn't ideal. The mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone.
